Hello, everybody, I'm Dan Merl here with my spoiler thoughts on the second volume of Stranger Things fifth season. There's just one more episode to go, the series finale, which comes out next week on New Year's Eve.
If you haven't seen the latest episodes, go watch them now. Let's dive deep as the end game approaches.
This batch of episodes was better than the first. It focused more on character relationships, although it still had some exposition-heavy scenes.
Will Buyers plays a crucial role, leveraging his mind powers but facing familiar predicaments. His coming out scene was powerful but felt slightly cluttered.
There are revelations about the Upside Down and Vecna's plans, as well as intriguing character dynamics, especially among Will, Mike, Eleven, and the rest of the group.
The episodes also set up for what promises to be a dramatic finale.
