Hi everybody. I thought we would do an ask me anything today. It's a little slow, but I wanted to do another live stream and I'm going to be out tomorrow, but I do have a fun video planned that will go up tomorrow morning. So, but I wanted to get another live stream in this week. So, thank you for joining me. And we're going to talk an hour about whatever you want to talk about.
\nHey Brad, I'm glad you wanted to stop by and say hi and I appreciate your support. That's very generous of you. Laya, good to see you. Welcome back, Tim. That's right, Wanda's attorney. A whole hour just you and me or whoever's on this live stream so we can talk about whatever you'd like.
\nHey, James. Uh, thanks official Liam. Uh, I like this shirt. You know, it's that weird time of year where you're not quite sure how to dress. One minute it's cold, the next you're like, \"Oh man, it's so hot outside.\" Uh, Rodney, this isn't ask me the first actually the first Ask Meyer thing of 2026. We had one in February as well.
\nRyan, I'm glad you made it. Rodney, you enjoyed the Hannah Montana special. I've never been a Hannah Montana fan, although I do like I do like Miley Cyrus. I liked that email I saw somebody post about how, you know, they knew she was a risk, but they were like, \"We think she could also be a star.\" Thanks, Allison.
\nSpeaking of stars, star Allison, I'm glad you guys liked my Daredevil look. Franco, I see your badge and it's beautiful. All right. George says, \"As a fellow theme park fan, do you think eventually they will swap the Harry Potter actors on the rides for the new ones?\" I think that's a real possibility. I think that it depends on whether or not the show actually does well. There certainly was a lot of interest in the first trailer. I think people hate on things too much these days, you know. I saw so much negativity, you know. um like something it's okay to be negative about, but we can't be negative about everything, guys.
\nOkay, so let's see here. Uh hey, Red Ciphers. I'm glad the live streams at a good time for you today. Let's see here. Hey, Gabriel. Uh let's see here. Benji, welcome. Hey, Steven says, \"Do you think there's any chance Dune 3 gets the Wicked 2 treatment and gets worse reviews box office than before?\" The people have... Well, yeah, the third movie is going to change the narrative substantially. And I'm not quite sure how people feel about Timmy these days. And, you know, they have a new cinematographer and they added a different screenwriter and Brian Kavon, who's a very good comic book writer, but you know, his stuff outside of comics has been hit or miss. I think it's a real possibility.
\nFloppy disc channel says, \"You didn't mention Narnia is a potential problem for Harry Potter.\" You know, I hadn't thought that Narnia was coming out around then, but you guys are right and it will factor into the video that I'm posting tomorrow. Uh they I think because Narnia isn't really on anyone's radar just yet. You know, it's very early. Um, you know, maybe, you know, Netflix is like, \"We better get Arie out here, man, because everybody's already, you know, December's getting booked already and we're not even part of the conversation.\"
\nMaisie, I did see the new DreamWorks trailer for Gotten Island. I thought that it looked a little small, you know, it looked, you know, like a little bit like Turning Red. Not to say that it won't be a good movie or do well, but I it seemed more like a turning writer in Elio to me or Elio. I don't know how it's going to do so much at the box office.
\nHey, Bubbles, thank you for gifting a membership. Thanks, same to you, Sahib. Rodney, I just saw who got nominated to be Disney Legends this year, who they selected, and I saw that The Rock is in film and voice. They voice categories. Thank you very much. Uh, but Bob Iger, Anne Hathaway, uh, and then Alan Tudi, you know, who I have to say is pretty iconic in his voice work, but I'm just like, what? That's right. Maria the Pit is on this evening and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Yeah, I'm still watching it. I might save it for tomorrow or the weekend.
\nLet's see here. Sahib, I'm not sure when the Clayface trailer will drop. I think that Cineacon is a I mean uh not I don't think Cineacon. I think maybe ComicCon. Uh although that's a little late for a trailer, but I think Cineacon might be too early. They really want to focus on Supergirl right now. So maybe more Supergirl. Lyla says, \"As my good friend Rocky once said, Amaze Amaze.\" Ah, that's funny. Someone uh someone said that to me and I was texting with someone. They said that the other day and it got a chuckle out of me.
\nThat's right, thumbs down because Rocky really means thumbs up. I'm glad to see that film doing well. Um I'm a little concerned about how it's embracing some of the, you know, right-wing online commentators, but you know, whatever, man. It's working for him. Hey, Miss Platypus. Yeah, Slytherin. Slytherins unite.
\nLet's see here. The deck officer. I know that the Superman Spider-Man comic book came out, was it today or did it come out yesterday, but it won't come out on digital and I'm pretty annoyed about it. I'm not going to go and buy a physical comic and by the time it comes out on digital, like who the heck cares anymore? I think it's really hurt the cross. I mean, I think they did the crossover comics to help comic book stores, so I guess that's nice. But I think that people would talk about them more if they were a better.
\nI did not I becked up the Batman Deadpool one and I was like this I didn't even think I haven't read it all the way through but also if they came out on digital, you know, when they were released. Franco, uh I saw that you just joined. Uh I'm glad that you like Snape. I think he looks great. I'm very intrigued. I was very happy with that first look.
\nThat's right, Rodney. Everybody thought Wicked was going to do a return of the king, but the movie just wasn't as good. I'm sorry to say. Hey, Christian. You fear for Narnia, Mysterion? I don't know about that. I I really I trust Greta Gerwig. I was watching Little Women during the holidays again this year. It was just so great. FA says, \"As a transwoman, it's a bit hard to be excited about Potter. You love the books as a kid, but now you can't think about anything besides what JK Rowling has said. I'm really sorry for that for you, FA. You're such a wonderful member of this uh BTT community. I certainly want to support you over JK Rowling. You know, let's see how much her involvement actually is on the series. Um that's a tough spot to be in, you know? And it's like really intentional hate, too. It's not like with Walt Disney where you're like, well, he's a product of his time. You know, I respect whatever decision you make, FA, but I wouldn't let don't let JK Rowling take anything out of your life that's that you enjoy. You know, that's something else, you know, that I would say, you know, do what's best for you. If that means skipping the show, then skip it. But if you want to enjoy it, don't let her ruin it for you. Don't give her that power in your life.
\nOh, Graos, you're heading to Vegas to see JLo. Love it. Have a great time. I'm sure it will be fun. Gabriel says, \"Hello, Grace. First time member, longtime watcher.\" I love it. Do you think the diverse tone of Harry Potter series or the world could change once HBO is merged with the more conservative Paramount? It's a concern. Let's see how uh let's see how the series is received. Paramount won't mess with a hit. And this has luckily already been filmed.
\nUsername is not allowed. Says, \"Question. I'm one of the many that has stayed away from Harry Potter because of ruling statements about the trans community. How much do you think that will impact the HBO show? I think it looks really good and the trailer did very well yesterday, but you know, just cuz you know, people talked about the Moana trailer too, but it wasn't good. I think it's too early to tell and I think it really depends a lot on JK Rowling with her behavior. I think if she continues to be really cruel, aggressively cruel to the trans and the LG, you know, the LGBTQ community, I think it's going to be bad. I hope that um and we haven't heard anything from her for a little while. Like I believe the Olympics made a really big decision today and I didn't see any tweets from JK. So maybe she's like what do I like more money or whatever this thing that I've been you know I think she likes the money more and not ruining her reputation.
\nUh Juan Carlos says yay 44 months you've been reading the Bob Iger book and you think that I would like it. It's a short book but it is a great Hollywood business hat. That's awesome. Yeah Bob Iger really did reshape the industry. He's very very powerful individual. I do wonder what he will do next. He had considered getting into politics, but I don't know if you know that's a tough place these days. Denzel, I want to see an Narnia trailer, too. I want to see what it looks like.
\nAdam Adamantium says they might be showing that new DreamWorks movie at Cineacon. I would believe it, you know. I mean, no spoilers, letting people talk about it. That's really early to show it though. Ben, you got HBO today in the UK. That's great. Enjoy The Pit. It's fabulous. That's awesome. Yeah, it just launched in the UK.
\nSahib says it's been one year since the chairs for Marvel. That was, you know, that turned out to be a pretty good marketing idea. It's tough to top. I don't know what they're going to do next. Uh, deck officer. I'm not a baseball fan. I like going to the baseball stadium sometimes, but more just to kind of like enjoy being in the space and walk around and get some snacks and then baseball kind of plays in the background.
\nAh, thanks Kalisto. Ben, I'm glad you like both parts of Wicked. I think if you're a big fan of the show, you like both parts quite a bit. Hola Nola, that's a great name, says Beverly Hills is finally getting good. I feel like no one's watching it, but us, you know, I'm still enjoying it. Muma says, \"Hey, Grace, what's your advice for content creators dealing with mean comments? You have such a great attitude about it.\" Thank you. It gets to me. I'm human. It's rough and it's getting rougher and rougher. Although, I think that also partially makes it easier because you're like, \"Everybody's just nuts, you know? Don't take it personally.\" I think as again as I've always said I think it's important to have a lot of self-confidence really believe in yourself you know like who cares if that person thinks that about you know do you think that about you I mean think for a minute do they have a point and if you think they don't well then f them you know I also think um you know use the tools that are at your disposal to knock out negative voices at least in your own space and then also what I always say is um whatever ever somebody says is more often a reflection of them than it is that of you. So when someone says something really nasty to me, I often just think their life must be really bad for them to have that much hate.
\nLet's see here. Uh deck officer, we're not going to get a good idea of what Daredevil's ratings are until they hit Neielson. I'm sure Disney might release a I I don't think they're going to release a number. I mean, we'll see. I think I would guess that it didn't do that well out of the gate because I think people didn't enjoy it for the most part the first season. Um, I'll tell you this, I made the right decision not to break it down weekly. There just isn't enough interest. Uh, but I will be doing a spoiler review when the season wraps. It gets really good around episode 4. Um, I really think so.
\nRyan says, \"Who's your favorite on the pit?\" Uh, I like Mel King. Dr. Mel King. Uh, she reminds me a little bit of myself when I was little, but um, you know, like when I was a kid, you know, she's a plays an adult character, but she reminds me of myself when I was like in middle school. Uh, but she didn't have very much to do this season. I like who doesn't love Dr. Robbie? You know, I've I've been seeing people kind of turn on Dr. Robbie and say that Dr. Robbie's not very nice, you know, and I'm like, what? He's running the ER. He's got to be tough. I mean, it happens all the time. Everybody was like, \"Don Draper is an anti-hero.\" And I was like, \"What? He's a great guy.\" I mean, Jesus isn't perfect, but you know who is. It's tough at the top.
\nMaria, you're going to go see Project Hail Mary again as well. I'm very curious to see its second weekend box office. Tim says, \"Start Trek Academy uh is out. And will the franchise be able to come back under new leadership? The show never hit the Neielson ratings. Why should it be It wasn't renewed. It wasn't because it was a flop. I think Star Trek has some real problems. Let's see what Paramount can do with it.
\nGrammo says, \"What do you think of the Ryan Cougler X-Files casting so far?\" I think Danielle Deadweiler home run. Don't like the male actor that they just cast. I mean, I'm sure he's fine, but I think that's I I think he's not someone people are going to get excited about. I think they kind of nerfed it with the second casting. And I feel kind of bad for Danielle Deadweiler. I think she I think I wish she had a better leading man.
\nRodney, I saw that Ryan Gosling signed on for the Daniel's next film. I think that's very bold. Uh because, you know, they're are pretty kooky filmmakers. Elliot's team Gryffindor. Oh, Kalisto is also team Slytherin. Team Slytherin. Rody, I haven't had any McDonald's lately, but I did actually was just talking to a friend about maybe having some over the weekend. We want to try the the what is it like the McArch or whatever. I'm like, White Cheddar? I don't know about that. It'll be hard for me not to get my delicious nugs, but I would like to try the new sandwich. I hear it's quite the hit in the UK.
\nMy friend was like, \"Did you see the sandwich?\" And I was like, \"No, I'd seen like that video about the CEO that wouldn't eat it, but I had not really seen I had not paid attention to the sandwich so much itself.\" Juan's attorney says, \"What are your thoughts on the Lord of the Rings sequel?\" Uh, I don't know. I I mean it seems like a pity thing for Stephen Cobear. Like a poor Stephen. Is he unemployed? I don't know. Let's see. Let's see if it ever actually gets made. Just because they're writing it doesn't mean they're going to make it.
\nUh Sahib, I did see that Chris Evans said he'll be back for Secret Wars. I'm surprised he would admit that publicly. Hey, just blaze Disney. Ben, you love everybody in the pit. It is a pretty phenomenal cast. Hey, Miss Platypus. Love all the support for FA. Love it. Love to see it. Hey, Andrew. Happy Thursday to you as well. Oh, hold on. Oh, thanks, Landon. That's a nice name, Landon. That's very generous of you. Thank you.
\nLet's see. Maisie says she's ditched Harry Potter for good. I mean, I think a lot I I think you're not alone in that. Uh Tigris says LGBT community needs to realize how unhappy and miserable JK Rowling must be. Yeah, I thought it was funny when people said her house was full of mold. You know, the walls did look weird and it was such a it's such been such an odd journey for her. I don't know why she would have such hate in her heart.
\nLet's see here. I mean, she can support women without trying to tear down trans women, and I think that would include trans women. I just don't understand why she has to be so negative when she claims to be doing a positive. That's right. Just blaze Disney. The Harry Potter video game did extremely well. I did see the JJ Abrams trailer, the deck officer, and if I were Universal and Spielberg, I'd be mighty upset. I'd be like, I have the dinosaur market cornered. Thank you very much. Although, it's interesting that no one really challenges them. There was that Adam Driver movie from a year or so ago.
\ndon't I don't want to talk about the drama. I feel like it's just, you know, I think only mental health professionals should talk about the drama. My issue with the drama is that any conversation about it would really be about the twist, which I'm not going to spoil, but um it's so it's the whole movie. It's so pervasive in terms of the story that there really isn't anything else to discuss about whether or not you think it's handled correctly and what do you think of the choices made in the movie and that's like that's a convers that's not film criticism then that becomes you know a very different type of conversation.
\nUh let's see here. Uh just says hey Grace I know we talked on Twitter about the Quiet Place casting and its overlap with other sci-fi franchises. What are your thoughts on this? curious what the plot is and what they could learn from other sci-fi IP. I think A Quiet Place the movies did extremely well. I think um I think John Krinski is a really good strong filmmaker. So, and I think the cast is incredible. I mean, they added, you know, uh Killian Murphy's returning. Uh they added uh oh, who's that guy who was somehow never in a hit movie really? What's his name? He was um he played John Connor in the last one of the last movies, but also Katie O'Brien, of course, which I'm very happy about.
\nTim says that in his opinion, G Grant Gustin should be the DCU Flash. He's the one character it makes sense to recast and Ezra Miller wasn't better. Do you think it's a poss? No, I don't. I do not think it's a possibility at all. I think that they're not going to want to use a CW actor. I mean, they're struggling enough as it is. I'm really behind here. You guys are only catching up to some of my comments here. Hey, user. Welcome. I like Dana, but I've been seeing some really funny comments about how her accent is just getting stronger and stronger and more of a caricature. I saw someone tweet that she was going like full uh log like Fogghorn Legghorn. you know, the aay I say, you know, the uh the rooster from the Looney Tunes. And I was like, that's true.
\nI think Oh, did JK just tweet about the Olympics? Warner Brothers is probably like, why? Mark Chapman says, \"Hey, Grace, have you watched Penny Dreadful?\" I did not. I never watched it, even though I am a big fan of um Oh, I'm blanking on the name. It's late in the day. Eve, you know, I thought I really like her even though I forgot her name. I'm blanking on it. Um, but I just never watch that show. Eva Green. Thank you.
\nRyan Gosling and Star Trek. Oh, that's an You know, they've been talking about maybe making a h a Project Hail Mary sequel. They said Andy Weir has to write it because they're like, \"We're not coming up with an original. We're not going to do it.\" So, he'd have to write a new book. So, that's tough. What kind of sneakers was I wearing in my photo for the drama? I took a picture of my sneakers at the screening room because they had these really nice foot stools. Uh, those are Johnny was sneakers. They don't sell them anymore. They have a variation on them with no flowers, but uh that's where I got those sneakers from. I've had them for a very long time. I'm trying to take good care of them.
\nOh my goodness. Hold on. Madab says, \"Grace, you can create a community space in YouTube or like in Discord from India.\" Uh, I don't know. I get nervous to have a discussion where I would not be there, you know, to oversee it. Uh, favorite Daredevil series posters. Uh, I like the new ones quite a bit that look like comic book covers, you know, with the red rain. I like those. My those are my favorite actually. The one of Fisk and Daredevil.
\nLet's see here. Uh, username. I haven't heard anything about uh Star Wars Starf Fighter. I haven't heard anything at all. very quiet on that front. I do worry about the future of Star Wars. I think it's pretty dead at the moment. Uh, the little Meu says, \"I'm graduating high school this spring, so I decided to go see the Odyssey as my first ever IMAX movie as a gift to myself.\" Oh, I'm glad that you planned ahead for that. Oh, did you already buy the tickets when they went on sale a year early? Uh, I think that's a wonderful thing to do when you graduate high school because, you know, everybody's supposed to read the Odyssey in high school. I think that is very nice.
\nRyan, am I looking forward to the Stewie spin-off? I am. I watched an episode of Family Guy the other day. I haven't watched it in a while, but I wanted to watch something while I had my lunch. I don't know. I think it's, you know, I think it's running out of material, but I do think I I would watch a Stewie show. I'd certainly try it. Although, I think sometimes the Stewie episodes kind of go too off the rails, but I'm curious. I I would greenlight a Stewie show for sure.
\nHey, Pang Mero there. Uh, Stephen, I don't know if I'm going to review You and Me in Tuscanyany. I think that's too small a film. I'm not going to review All You Need Is Kill. I didn't review Ready or Not Too. Um, I think those films are just a little bit too small. Uh, let's see here. Oasis. Hey, Grace. I handed in my notice to work and I'm starting my occupational therapy placement in a hospital soon. That's wonderful. I'm glad you're going on a path that you know you feel is right and that you're you know it's a it's a big life change but I I think it's exciting. Um I I mean I don't know I I'm not familiar with that field that you're going into. I guess you know a positive attitude is always really helpful and um I hope you know make friends at your new workplace right don't try too hard as they said in Minecraft you know Jason Mimoa said you want to play it cool but you know make some friends let's see One, two, three, four. Sean Malia says, \"Why support an IP when the same IP and the wealth going to JK harms trans people?\" Does it, you know, I'm not sure. I mean, it's not going to she's still going to continue. I mean, I guess someone was saying that she said she was going to use the wealth to to I mean, I I mean, like what again, it's again, I respect whatever decision everybody decides to make, you know? You should do what's best for you, but um why allow that hate into your life? Just ignore it. Don't give it oxygen, right? Like, who cares what she says, you know? uh ZK to I mean is she really being effective besides you know besides just annoying people right I I would be curious if anyone can point to any actual harm that she's done um you know uh ZK tor says would you review my animated I can't review stuff like that because then I'd be asked to do a lot but it's exciting ZK that you made something have you released it anywhere
\nUh Justin Jason Clark. Yes, thank you. Ryan Gosling is the Flash Ben 10. That's interesting. I think that is actually pretty good casting, but I don't think he's going to do a DC movie at this point. I was He said he was in talks with Marvel for for Ghost Rider, but I I don't see him necessarily ever doing that. Adamandium says, \"What advice would you give someone who wants to become a movie critic content creator like yourself?\" Oh, that's a tough one. I guess I'd say make sure you have an authentic voice. I think that's the most important.
\nUh, Ben Ten says, \"And Phil Lord and Chris Miller also want to do a Flash movie. I think their dance cart's getting pretty full, though. Uh, Ben, I do intend to cover GTA 6 because it's just so big. I'll probably review the cutscenes because it's just such a big property if it ever comes out. A waste. They're starting, you know, but at least you can watch season one of the pit. Or did you already buy it? But they're making it a weekly over there. They should just let you guys catch up. That's crazy.
\nHold on. Miss Platypus says, \"HP has given a lot of living wage jobs to artists, both per the film, the video games, the theme parks, and merch. Who would lose those jobs?\" Oh, that's a good point, too. You know, the Harry Potter world is very inclusive and has continues to be. Uh, Greg, I'm not sure how Michael's going to do. The ticket sales weren't as robust out of the gate. They went on sale at midnight last night. Um, they weren't as robust as I had in or the night before maybe, but they weren't as robust as I had anticipated. Um, but you never know. It's very early for the movie still. Uh, I think reviews will be an important factor. I'm still very excited to see it.
\nLaya, thank you for the popcorn. I see that there. AK, it's very quiet from the DC front, isn't it? I believe because of the acquisition, I think. And James Gun's just really, you know, it's he's got to make sure that um, you know, Man of Tomorrow delivers. He's in a really tough spot. Uh, let's see here. Baka says, \"So excited for the Super Mario Galaxy movie. The cinema is one of my happy safe places. I haven't been able to go for a while, but hopefully Mario Galaxy will ignite the fire to go back to the movies.\" People are pretty freaking excited about it, but I got to tell you, I mean, I'm nervous. I'm going to review it. I have my uh press invite. I'm all ready to go. I'm looking forward to it, actually. I think the color, it looks so colorful and like fun and bright and happy. But, you know, today when that that Star Fox poster came out and I was like, I don't know this man. To borrow a phrase from Kiki Palmer, I was like, this is gonna be rough for me. You know, like everybody else is. I mean, usually I would have even a passing. I mean, I've seen that character before, but that's like it, you know, like usually have some idea of who character is, but like I'm just like totally out of the loop when it comes to Super Mario. But I do think Super Mario will make a billion for sure.
\nDeck officer. Hey 691. GG Red Cipher says, \"You saw Oh, who just gifted so many memberships?\" Wow. Grammos, that's so generous. Thank you. Thank you so much. Let's see here. Thanks for $2 for the insult. Insult there. Uh, let's see here. Madab, I don't want to do a poll on JK Rowling. I think that just causes, you know, more I don't want to give her any Don't give her any oxygen, you know. Uh, Joe, I haven't heard anything about the Last Airbender movie, but I'm so excited about it. I mean, I love that show.
\nHey, Bennett. Well, one 1234 Shawn points out that JK Rowling did use her wealth to push a bill in the UK. That's very unfortunate. That's very sad. Red says, \"You saw the Star Fox.\" Yes, the Star Fox poster today. Um, yeah, the original artist who designed him in the 90s got a lot of support. That's wonderful. I'm glad people remembered that. That's very nice. Ah, Joe, I'm not going to answer your question. You'll have to watch tomorrow's video.
\nOkay, let's see here. Uh, let's see here. Thank you. Uh, uh, KLM. Let's see here. Uh, Mess Carl says, \"Do you know anything about Vision Quest? Do you think it'll be as good as Agatha?\" I think I've heard good things about the showrunner, so that gives me uh hope for Vision Quest. I'm very hopeful about that.
\nDeck officer, I do wonder when Mandalorian tickets will go on sale. They should be going on sale somewhat soon. You know, Michael is for the end of April and Mandalorian is the end of May. So, probably, you know, closer to the beginning of May, I think. Ben, I don't know about the Batman cast at Wonder Con. I mean, at Cineacon. I think it's a little early. I think Cineacon isn't that kind of a convention. I think they're going to show maybe some trailers there. Uh, I don't think they're going to be doing a lot of news like that. I mean, you never say never, but that's not what Cineacon's really about.
\nDory, I think that they released the Star Fox poster because people apparently spotted his elbow. That's how plugged in some people are. They were like, \"Is that Star Fox's elbow in this new teaser?\" And they were like, \"Ah, darn it.\" So, I think that's crazy. I think you have to kind of be kind of amazed that the fandom is that into it. Let's see here. Vanil says, \"Hey, Grace. Quickly popping in to say hi. Hello. Do you think season 3 of Daredevil Born Again will be set post Doomsday?\" I don't know. Let's see. Um I don't know. I think it's so seems to be taking place in its own space, it doesn't even really matter.
\nMaria wants to do a poll on what most people will see this December. I think people will see everything though. Danny says, \"Hey Grace and BCC fam, celebrating my five-year badge. Love it this month. If you could teach a class at Hogwarts, what would it be?\" I don't know. The business of wizarding. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe that how to apply wizarding to real life. the ethics of it. I don't know if that interests me as much, but Oh, waist. You thought this was the strongest episode of Invincible? I thought the the stuff in hell was the weakest of the season that I saw, but I'm glad you liked it so much.
\nI'm a little worried about the Batman, too. I think that Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Harvey Dent again and Gilda Dent especially when everybody knows the twist. Um I think you know I really wish it was Mr. Freeze. Why is it not Mr. Freeze? It's like why didn't we get Brainiac? Why aren't we getting Mr. Freeze? We've been very clear about what we want. You guys are telling me some weird stuff about JK Rowling. Just let her just let her eat her own tail, you know. Oh, Artsy didn't like the episode of Invincible either. Yeah, Dory says, \"My class would be arithmancy.\" That's funny.
\nThat's right, Wanda's attorney. We are finally getting Brainiac because James Gun is like, \"Uhoh. Newborn Wizard, great name, says, \"Hey, Grace, how deep should the new Harry Potter series go into the lore and mythology?\" Nice use of emojis in your question, by the way. And should they make use of practical effects? Yes, I do. I like the quaintness of it quite a bit. Um, yeah, I think they have eight hours to tell the same story. I think we're going to get tons of details that I'm very excited about.
\nMystic is Supergirl DOA. I think it's not great. I'll tell you that. I mean, maybe we'll get another much better trailer, but I think right now it's not looking great. Ben says, \"What are some thoughts on the Mortal Kombat 2 opening box office prediction?\" I think, you know, people didn't go as crazy over the last trailer as I would have hoped. I liked it, but I think it's coming out at a good time. I think there's going to be like it's going to be like a real dry spell and then just Devil Wears Prada 2. So, I think it's well positioned to do quite well. I hope it would maybe open with like what Scream opened with like maybe a 60 or a 50, right? Something around there. That seems doable to me. Yes, deck officer. Starting with episode four, there's much more bullseye. That's why I told you episode four is when it gets really good. Laya says, \"Drace, do you know the role of Christopher Dent hasn't been cast yet? A lot of actors rejected the role.\" I don't know why they even want anybody to be in that role. Like, I've never even paid attention to Christopher Dent, who's apparently Harvey Dent's father. I mean, I'm like, who is this dude? Um, let's see here. My pleasure. Laya uh, Radio Terry says, \"Is this the year Zendaya becomes a movie star? She has so many big projects this year. Uh, I'll be curious to see how people react to the drama, but I think Zendaya is already a movie star to be honest with you. Uh, I also saw her say she's going to take a little bit of a break and I think that's a good idea. I mean, I think she's like in four movie with three four projects with Euphoria this year. I think that's a lot. I think she's right to take a little bit of a break.
\nM57 says, \"How can JK Rowling eat her own tail if she's making a ton of money out of the show? Well, I think her own reach and power and fandom has shrunk and she's just totally redefined herself. I mean, I don't know why this is why she wanted what she's chosen this to be her legacy and so, you know, it seems like not as good a legacy as the one she had. Ben, I think Euphoria definitely will be done after this season. I think uh it's a miracle they even got Zendaya, Jacob Allian, and City Sweden. Quite the class, though, to come out of that show. Uh those people are just going to be too busy. It's a miracle they got them to come back one last time.
\nMuma, my favorite Disney park ride is Peter Pan because it's just so cozy. It's just the quintessential, I think, Disney ride. Leo, I think we'll get a new Catwoman um for for DC for James Guns DC. Uh let's see here. Ben, I do think Sebastian Stan will be an excellent Harvey Dent. I think he's a good choice for that. Let's see here. Artsy says, \"Did you see that Labyrinth was upset with Colombia?\" Uh, what are you talking? I'm not sure what you're referencing there. Gabe says, \"Hey, Grace, what are your thoughts on the Oscars moving from the Dolby Theater to the Peacock Theater? It made me a little nervous to be honest with you. I don't want them to take away the special elements of the Oscars, you know. like the Oscars are still very special and I think that if they make it, you know, too youtuby. I don't know. I think the industry is going through a lot of growing pains and everybody's panicking and, you know, but I don't know. Maybe more people will watch the Oscars, but will they be watching it and laughing at it? I mean, it's hard to tell. Rodney, it's not so much that it's a mall, it's the location. The Oscars currently is at the Dolby Theater, which is right, you know, near the Hollywood Bowl, and it's um, you know, it's right more in the middle of the city. Downtown Los Angeles is very far removed, so you know, some people have talked about how hard it will be to go to the parties afterwards. I guess they'll have to have the parties somewhere else, closer to the to the new place.
\nLook, people aren't watching the Oscars, so it's a real problem. So, they got to fix it. Let's see. Thank you, Wiki Nomad. That's very nice of you to donate. I just saw a question here. Okay, hold on. So, Jacob says, \"Har Potter's fan base has outgrown JK Rowling at this point. She may have written it, but the fans made it special.\" I think that's a great point. And while she's getting royalties from the new show, she's not directly involved in it. You know, she's not writing it. She's not producing it. So, uh, I think that's an excellent point. Tim says, \"Peter Clafley for Disney's Hercules.\" Uh, oh, you think so would go up against Well, Vince Vaughn, you know, I don't know why Vince Vaughn and Josh Damel were like, let's be super conservative. It's like just I don't think any I think I don't think any celebrity should go in either direction. you know, you want to have the biggest audiences possible.
\nUm, but anyway, uh, Peter, I think he'd be an interesting Hercules. I think still think Paul Mecoll is the best bet. I wonder if Peter Clafy can sing. I like Peter Clafy a lot. How many billion dollar films this year? Maybe two. Super Mario and Toy Story. And the mission is so big. Oh, maybe also Minions 2. Minions whatever number they're on. Minions 3 looks excellent. Uh, let's see here. Oh, and also the Odyssey. Yeah, Spidey 4, maybe. I don't know about Spider-Man. I thought the trailer was scooch underwhelming. Uh, Warra says, \"Hey, Grace. love your work. Thank you. I picked up a Gwenpool comic the other day and wanted to ask if you thought a Deadpool and Gwenpool movie would do well with Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone. I don't think Emma Stone will return to that role. Uh I still think that I would try and find a way to do Deadpool and Harley Quinn. Uh but let's see. Maybe uh Nand Nand uh Nandino says, \"Do you think Disclosure Day will be good?\" Well, I love me some Josh Oconor. I'm a big Josh Oconor fan, but I haven't seen anything that's particularly impressed me about the trailers besides the Josh Oconor is in the movie. I like his line readings when you know uh Eve Houston I can remember her name Eva Green you got to fix your career problems when Eve Houston's like are they human and then Josh Oconor takes a beat and goes no you know or whatever and I'm like wow that's a great point reading I didn't say that Withering Heights flopped Brit I think I think it I think it about broke even and we'll see how it does on digital.
\nYou think Moana will make a billion? People really were mean to that trailer. I don't know. I agree that Moana and Mando might be more in the 700 range. 600, 700 range, but let's see. I mean, movies making a billion dollars is good for me. Wanda's attorney. I will get the K-pop Demon Hunters dinner meal because I don't like breakfast at McDonald's. I don't even know if I'll use any of those spices. They scare me. I don't want to ruin my McDonald's meal. But I do want those little playing cards.
\nHey Brett, yay. Live stream indeed. We got 15 minutes left on the stream. Maria says, \"Any2 billion dollar movies? H. That's tough. I don't think so. Wanda, you are you're a breakfast fan. That's great. I'm not a big breakfast person. I'm I'm sorry. Not available. Okay. Okay. Sorry about that. Someone knocked on my door. That's the problem with having an office here.
\nThat's right. I'm in a meeting with you guys. Can Mike Flanigan save the Exorcist? Muma, I don't know. I wasn't too impressed with uh Scarlett Johansson has a bad hair day. She looked nice though, even with a bad hair day. But I was like, what's happening here? Steven says, \"Kids love Moana and won't care about it if it's bad CGI.\" I don't know. People really disliked that trailer and people just watch Moana right now. I should put a sign up. Wanda's attorney about do not disturb.
\nLet's see here. Sean Brereslin says, \"How big of a role will Christopher Dent have in the Batman part two?\" I haven't heard anything about it and I wouldn't want to ruin that either. I want to be surprised.
