The episode begins after Detox's departure. She leaves notes for everyone except Jinkx. Michelle enters to announce that the remaining queens must create a music video for RuPaul's "This Is The Beginning," with choreography by Candis Cayne. The queens also receive a chance to have a Tic Tac lunch with Ru, share a conversation with Gloria Allred, and present their best drag.
The courtroom setting was central to the music video, with Matthew Anderson behind the lens. Queens had to play multiple roles, with various wigs and characters, all culminating in a legal battle-themed video. While Jinkx and Alaska embraced the comedic potential, Roxy struggled a bit with the concept.
The runway theme was "Best Drag," where each queen displayed unique styles, from Roxy's jewel-encrusted gown to Jinkx's purple satin gown. Alaska impressed with a ghostly bride look.
The episode was packed, with the final lip-sync battle concluding it. The competition remains fierce, and it's anyone's game to win the crown in the forthcoming finale.
